1.Dine-in guidelines for all customers
With everyone's safety in mind Zauq Buffet have made some reasonable changes to the way customers dine at our restaurant.
This is to ensure both our customers and staff are safe during your dine-in experience.

Wear Face Masks
Whilst in the self-serve buffet area all customers must wear a face mask. Please bring your own as a limited number are available.

Wear Gloves whilst Serving
Zauq staff will provide customers with disposable gloves, which must be worn whilst handling serving utensils in the buffet area.

Young Children
Young children will not be permitted into the self-serve buffet area. Adults accompanying children must collect food on their behalf.
2. Restaurant Health & Hygiene Precautions
By making some common sense changes to the way our customers and staff utilise our restaurant we have created a safer environment for everyone.

Hand Sanitisers
These are accesible around the restaurant & can be found near food & drink stations as well as in the reception & dining areas.

Seating arrangements
All seating is arranged to abide by set Government guidelines to ensure a comfortable and safe distance from fellow diners.

Ask our Staff
All our staff are fully PPE compliant & trained. Please speak to them if you have any safety, health or hygiene concerns.
Additional Measures
✓ Staff have received thorough on-the-job training in personal hygiene related to COVID-19 prevention.
✓ We take temperature readings of all staff members daily.
✓ Our staff wash and disinfect their hands regularly.
✓ All surfaces and cooking stations are cleaned and sanitized thoroughly.
✓ We have increased our staff quota to handle the extra cleaning efforts.
✓ We have made our staff aware of and continue to implement all the food industry hygiene standards (HACCP, GHP, FAO Hygiene codex and the food storage principles.)
✓ We continue to respect the 4Cs of food safety: Cleaning, Cooking, Chilling and Cross-contamination.
